This series can supplement the capacity
of conventional air-hydro valve
be used in the same way as the conventional
air-hydro units.

时间保持气缸中间停止位置。另外，与2位单
电控、双电控阀的组合，当释放残余的供给压
力时，可用于在气缸行程末端防止落下。
3位中封式、中止式阀，为了排出中间
停止时气缸等处被封入的残压，在集装
块上放置此隔板。在维护和调试时，具有残压释放功能的中位
止回隔板可释放气缸内的残压。
