APPLICATION
霍尼韦尔MCV2500
The MCV2500 serieshydronic valves are designed for
residential heatingand cooling applications.
The MCV2500 series2-position hydronic valves are
used in residentialand small commercial applications
to control the flowof hot and/or cold water. They
consist of actuatorand valve.
2-way valves aredesigned for ON-OFF "zone" control
of domesticsystems.
3-way valves can bepiped for mixing valve
applications tocontrol individual fan coil, baseboard
radiator indomestic central heating and/or cooling
systems.
2-way valves aresuitable from A to B, and 3-way
valves are formixing water from A or B to AB.
Depending on themodel selected they can be
controlled by a lowor line voltage SPST or SPDT
controller, such asa room thermostat, aquastat or flow
switch.

1. The valve may beplumbed in any angle but
preferably not withthe actuator head below the
horizontal level ofthe valve body. Make sure there is
enough room aroundthe actuator head for servicing
orreplacement.
2. The valve bodycan be mounted directly onto the inlet
pipe. Mount themetal flange inserted in socket to
outlet pipe. Andthen tighten the socket enough to
make a seal. SeeFigure 1~2 for the detail dimension.
3. Mount the valvedirectly in the tube or pipe. Do not
grip actuator headwhile making and tightening
plumbingconnections. Either hold valve body in your
hand or attachadjustable spanner across the
hexagonal or flatfaces on the valve body.
