AYB机床泵产品简介：
AYB系列机床泵为立式安装的电动机与单级离心泵合为一整体的新型电泵，AYB系列机床泵具有外形美，体积小，重量轻，噪音低，过载能力强等优点。适用于50赫兹或60赫兹，220~250伏或380~ 440伏任一频率和任一电压，可供机床或其它设备作循环冷却润滑液之用。冷却液一般为皂化液，乳化液，苏打水，轻矿物油及无严重腐蚀性的其它液体。
INTRODUCTIN
AYB series three-phase coolant pump for machines is of a new type single-stage centrifugal pump fitted with a vertical mounted motor
This type of electric pump is designed with excellent performances such as lighter weight, smaller size, lower noise, greater overload capability as well as good appearance. It can be used under either 50~or60~.220~250vor380~44vpower.
It is quite suitable for circulating cooling lubricants of machine tools or other equipments, such as saponified solution, emulsion solution soda, light mineral oil and other liquids without severe corrosivity.
订货须知
1、 订货时请注明机床冷却泵的型号，规格。
2、 用户需要湿热带型机床冷却泵请在原型号后加“TH”字样。
3、 根据用户要求，机床冷却泵亦可制成各种特种电压，频率的派生产品，并请订货时双方协商。

Special Features
1、 The body of the pump is alummium alloy cast with light weight and compact structure.
2、 Totally enclosed special bearings are used, running smoothly with good quality grease.
3、 Blade wheels are meticulous in design and fitted with novel rubber seal ring, thus effect tively preventing any liquids from penetrating into the motor.
4、 This type of coolant pump for machines is especially suitable for transporting liquids with some viscosity, (such as machine oil, etc).

2、低扬程（扬程低于额定值）大流量情况下使用时，电流值约为额定电流的110-130% ，热保护器应根据实际使用情况选用。
