Die Ultraschall-Sensoren dürfen
in beliebiger Lage (Ausrichtung)
montiert werden; maximales Anziehdrehmoment:
20 Nm.
Achtung:
Um Beeinträchtigungen der Eigen -
resonanzfrequenz zu verhindern,
müssen Materialablagerungen
(z. B. Staub, Feuchtigkeit) auf der
Schallwandleroberfl äche unbedingt
vermieden werden.
Mounting instructions
The ultrasonic sensors may be installed
and aligned in any position;
maximal fi xing torque: 20 Nm.
Caution:
In order to avoid infl uence on the
self-resonant-frequency, build-up of
dust, humidity etc. on the transducer
surface must be avoided.
Indications de montage
Les détecteurs ultrasoniques peuvent
être montés arbitrairement
dans toutes les positions (orientation);
couple de serrage maximum:
20 Nm.
Attention:
Pour éviter une infl uence possible
de la fréquence de résonance
propre, on doit éviter absolument
les dépôts de matériaux (par ex.
poussière, humidité) sur la surface
du convertisseur ultrasonique.

Die Ultraschall-Sensoren der Bauform
RU…Q30…H1141 können in beliebiger
Lage (Ausrichtung) montiert werden.
Achtung: Um Beeinträchtigungen der
Eigenresonanzfrequenz zu verhindern,
müssen Materialablagerungen (z. B.
Staub, Feuchtigkeit) auf der Schallwandleroberfläche
unbedingt vermieden werden.
Gegenseitige Beeinflussung
Um eine akustische Kopplung zu vermeiden,
sollten RU-Sensoren gleichen
Typs synchronisiert werden, falls die
empfohlenen Mindestabstande beim
Einbau nicht eingehalten werden konnen.
Cross Interference
In order to overcome the problem of
acoustic coupling when RU sensors of
the same type are mounted at less than
the recommended minimum sensor
separation, the synchronisation feature
should be used.
Influence reciproque
Pour eviter un couplage acoustique de
detecteurs RU du meme type, leur
synchronisation est recommandees, si les
distances minimum preconisees pour le
montage ne peuvent etre respectees.
Mit dem Potentiometer innerhalb
des Erfassungsbereichs A das Ende
des Schalt-/Messbereichs B einstellen.
Achtung:
Betrieb im Nahbereich C unzulässig;
Mindestschaltabstand Smin beachten:
– RU30-Q30-…-H1141 : 6 cm
– RU100-Q30-…-H1141: 20 cm
Sensing range adjustment Réglage de la zone de détection
Ajuster à l'aide du potentiométre la fin de la
zone de détection B à l'intérieur de la zone
de contrôle A.
Attention:
l'utilisation à courte distance dans la zone C
n'est pas autorisée respecter la distance
minimale Smin:
– RU30-Q30-…-H1141 : 6 cm
– RU100-Q30-…-H1141: 20 cm
Set the end of the sensing range B
by adjusting the potentiometer (inside
the sensing range A).
Caution:
operation in range C is not permitted as the
minimum sensing distance Smin has to be
considered:
